Need Official Warrant Information?
Cass County uses one Circuit Court, two Superior Courts, and one county Clerk rather than a separate municipal or justice-of-the-peace court network. Indiana MyCase can help identify a public cause number and assigned court, but it is not a warrant database. Once the case is identified, route the question by the action needed:
- Case record or current court order: contact the Cass County Clerk of the Circuit Court or the specific Circuit or Superior Court shown in MyCase.
- Missed hearing or bench warrant: ask the issuing Cass court what appearance, filing, bond, or payment it requires and whether any recall has been signed.
- Arrest warrant or criminal charge: the assigned court controls the order and bond; the Sheriff executes the court’s process.
- Service, execution, booking, or custody: contact the Cass County Sheriff’s Office or Cass County Jail before making a trip.
- Advice about surrender or a motion: speak with a licensed Indiana attorney because government staff cannot give legal advice.
Cass County Clerk of the Circuit Court: Room 407, Cass County Government Building, 200 Court Park, Logansport, IN 46947. Call (574) 753-7740. Published office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Clerk is the official custodian for records of Cass County Circuit Court and Superior Courts I and II. Requests for documents are handled first-come, first-served based on workload, so the stated hours are not a promise of same-day processing.
Cass County Sheriff’s Office and Cass County Jail: call (574) 753-7800 for official routing. The Sheriff’s public-contact location is listed with county government at 200 Court Park, while the jail is separately listed at 100 Court Park, Logansport, IN 46947. The official sources do not publish a dedicated public warrant desk, online roster, surrender window, or bond-window schedule. Deputies are described as being on duty 24 hours, but that statement is not authorization for an unplanned walk-in.
The court controls issuance and recall; the Sheriff controls service and booking functions. If the online record is unclear, ask the Clerk which court holds the case, then use the Sheriff contact for a separate execution or custody question. A missing web result cannot confirm that no warrant exists.
